Wow, what a crazy year it has been! Last year at this time, I was stumbling on my Loubotains at the EF holiday party in Boston and came home to a horrendous ice storm that left me without power and the ability to leave my home for 4 days. Now, I am living the dream in sunny Savannah where it hasn't really snowed in 15 years and I was able to go to the beach 3 weeks ago. Well, I might not be living "the dream" but I am certainly living MY dream. I must say, I really love being in an academic environment again, and I truly, truly love making art! I am having so much fun learning new techniques, finding out about the illustration industry, and learning from all of my amazingly talented classmates.
I have so much to be thankful for this year and am looking forward to the New Year to come, as I hope it holds health and happiness for everyone!
Here is my annual Christmas card (I'm so sorry but I wasn't able to draw it and print it in time to get it out in the mail, so this post will serve as my official Season's Greetings)..... It's Griff pleading his case to Santa that he doesn't deserve to be on the "naughty list" this year. Oh kitteh! Haha.
